WALLACE E. WESTBROOK
Founder of America's Christmas Village
EDUCATION:
Business - University of Texas, El Paso
Ministry - Sunset International Bible Institute
Served as the local minister in
central Texas in 1974. Worked with youth and their development
during his early days as a college coordinator and director in Ministry.
Mr. Westbrook has a keen
insight into "people". He is the Visionary
behind America's Christmas Village, Inc., and has a special
awareness of public attitude. Construction, Negotiations, Real
Estate Values are what he has been involved with for the past 20
years. He consistently was ahead of his competitors when it came to
predicting future trends and needs. Being "out in front" is common
for him. Projecting attitudes and lifestyles is a specialty that
only a few have, and "he has it".
He was in the construction
industry for over 20 years and served as President of his
own construction company. He was involved in many upper end
projects and his client base read like a "Who's Who". His wisdom
guided his company from being "stereotyped" and kept him in the
public eye. Being creative was one of his greatest strengths, and
one of his greatest achievements was revitalizing a stagnant
community within The Woodlands, whereby he took a scheduled
development in a totally opposite direction from which it was headed
and turned it into one of the most widely known communities within
the 27,000 acres. Many awards were given to him for creating
distinctive designs, such as his "historic homes" replicas.
He has served on the
Board of Directors for Northland Christian School for 15
years.
He has consulted with
Developers of various Master Planned Communities and has been
instrumental in policy making decisions.

HARVEY D. DAVIS, SR.
BUSINESS
Life long career with the Kroger Company
MINISTRY
Song leader, minister, elder
He has served as the song leader and as an elder at the
Impact Church of Christ for the last half a dozen years. In his retirement, he
is 'anything' but retired. He gives countless hours to the service of others.
Mr. Davis has an incredible ability to 'win people'...
because he 'loves' people. His sincerity and love for others is so evident.
There are three things about Harvey Davis that are 'ever so evident'... he loves
people, he loves to sing, and he loves the Lord. These are his priorities... but
they are not in that order.
He has been married to High School 'sweetheart' all his
life and they have four beautiful grandchildren. He is a 'balance' that is
needed as day-to-day decisions are made. His ability to 'think things through is
better than average.'
ACV is proud and pleased to have such a 'kind' man, a
responsible man, a humble man, serve on its Board of Directors.
