Graduate of The National Commercial Lending School, The University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK 11/83;
Graduate of The Bank Marketing School, The Bank Marketing Association, The University of Houston, Houston, TX 11/1984.

MILITARY SERVICE:
Served in the United States Air Force four and one half years and honorably released from active duty with the rank of Reserve Captain.

SPECIALTY SKILLS:
Career commercial banker with thirty eight years experience at all levels of management. Began career as a management trainee with First Tennessee Bank (formerly The First National Bank of Memphis) and has worked at several banks in Arkansas and Texas. Served as President & Chief Executive Officer and Director of The Bank of North Arkansas, Melbourne, AR for fifteen years. Currently is president of his own financial consulting firm.

PERSONAL:
Married to the former Mildred Elaine Martin of Little Rock, AR for forty one years. Two children, Lloyd T. Jones, Jr. of Rogers, AR and Helen Key McDoniel of Jonesboro, AR and six grandchildren.
